The Harper brought in a new Executive Chef to transform Stanley's. As their Fractional CMO, I led the repositioning and launch, turning a hotel restaurant into Norfolk's most exciting new dining destination.

I developed the hotel's new positioning, with messaging that celebrates refined international cooking techniques, deeply rooted in a sense of place.

Initially, I oversaw the full marketing mix , developing the content and channel strategy, PR, and creative direction (photography by The Norfolk Photographer).
