The Harper brought in a new Executive Chef to transform Stanley's. As their Fractional CMO, I led the repositioning and launch, turning a hotel restaurant into Norfolk's most exciting new dining destination.
I developed the hotel's new positioning, with messaging that celebrates refined international cooking techniques, deeply rooted in a sense of place.
Initially, I oversaw the full marketing mix , developing the content and channel strategy, PR, and creative direction (photography by The Norfolk Photographer).
I then established marketing systems that meant the existing team could pick up and run with their marketing, knowing what to post when.
Bookings at Stanley's and people citing food and drink as the reason for their stay increased by 5% in 3 months.
